Dear 'field Zone Families,

We want to thank you for the wonderful support you have given us. The 'field Zone is busier than ever, with many programs, new activities, and members in place. However, there is one major change that is going into effect at the end of this month.

The Center is once again introducing new hours. Effective Monday, October 24, 2011, the 'field Zone will be closing at 7:00 pm Monday - Friday. This change is due to the average number of students at the Center between the hours of 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm. We understand that this may cause an inconvenience to our 'field Zone families.

If you are concerned about your ability to pick up your child by 7:00 pm on any day, please let us know ASAP how we can work with you. Please submit any questions or concerns to us in writing to fieldzone@fieldzone.org or drop off a signed letter at the front desk. We strongly encourage you to contact us; we want to keep the lines of communication open.
